By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 470 platform (including the website at 470.im and any associated mobile applications), you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 470 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration

Each individual may only hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. 470 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact the 470 support team immediately through the designated channels. 470 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
Account Suspension & Closure
470 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- The user provided false or misleading information during registration or profile updates
- The user has breached any provision of these terms and conditions
- Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity has been detected on the account
- User found to be owning or operating multiple accounts
- Account used for illegal activities or unauthorised purposes
- The user has disrupted or abused the platform's systems
3. Platform Usage Responsibilities & Rules
All 470 platform users are fully responsible for ensuring their usage complies with the rules set out below. The following rules apply to every user without exception:
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform
- Attempting to hack, damage, or disrupt the platform's systems
- Uploading or distributing harmful content, malware, or viruses
- Impersonating another individual or 470
- Using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only
- Wagering using legitimate personal funds
- Comply with all betting limits set for each game
- Treat other users and support staff with respect
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illicit financial activities
- Sharing or transferring your account to another party
- Exploiting technical errors or system bugs for personal gain
- Any form of fraud in betting transactions
4. Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 470 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods that have been verified and registered under the same account holder's name. 470 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users.
Deposit Policy
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are subject to change. Deposited funds will be credited to your account once transaction confirmation is received from the payment processor. 470 is not liable for any delays caused by third parties, including banks or e-wallet operators.
Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with 470's internal procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit, subject to successful identity verification. 470 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.
Any funds credited due to a technical error or system fault must be reported to 470 immediately. Such funds remain the property of 470 and will be reclaimed. Using error funds for betting or any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

470 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and materials on the 470 platform are the exclusive property of 470 or its respective licensees and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from 470. Infringement of intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 470 platform may include links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. 470 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services.
Use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. Users are advised to read and understand the relevant third-party terms before using such services.
6. Amendments & Governing Law
Right to Amend
470 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time at its absolute discretion. Users will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except in urgent circumstances where immediate implementation is required.
Users are responsible for reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms. Continued use of the platform after any amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution can be reached, the matter shall be referred to the competent courts of Malaysia.
Should any provision of these terms be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from these terms while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
